As a member of the provisioning department you will be responsible for processing contract paperwork and provisioning for new services. Initially the role will involve basic data input and data checking. You will also be responsible for checking all verbal agreement to ensure thy meet the requirements of the companies’ quality control guidelines. As you develop in the role you will also be required to utilise the Openreach gateway, Tiscali Portal and Gamma`s system, however full training would be provided in these areas.
